We are currently in search of a passionate Supervisor in Perris to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

-Providing supervision to direct staff, clients and their families

-Modeling skills according to the intervention plan for staff and families

-Conducting assessments and write reports

-Staff training and development

-Occasional running of social skills groups

Qualifications/ Requirements:

-Masters Degree

-Management experience and skills

-Two years of proven experience of working directly with individuals on the spectrum

-Flexibility

-Comfortable with learning and teaching new software

-Completion of new-hire requirements

-BCBA coursework is a plus

-Professionalism, leadership, and sensitivity.
